Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House adopt the Judiciary Committee Letter of Intent (page 567) on             
the following:                                                                 
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2(RLS)                                                  
"An Act requiring drug and alcohol tests for school bus drivers."             
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
